Lieutenant JG Koloth

A Vulcan ship had ferried the Klingon three hours previously to Starbase 416. Lieutenant Junior Grade Koloth had recently received a promotion and thus his a new assignment, that to the prometheus class starship Victory. As he walked through the docking bay into the massive station, Koloth felt excited and tired all at once. The journey that he had taken to get here was long and painful; not the journey to the station but the journey to become what he is: a Starfleet officer.
Koloth had given up his friends, family and his duties as a Klingon military officer but felt he made the right decision.
Ever since the Federation/Klingon exchange program Koloth had participated in, he had felt that the Federation was honorable and wanted to experience that honor himself. Now was his chance.
As Koloth was pondering these things he suddenly smelt some food. Instantly, Koloth felt hungry so he walked up to the replicator and asked the computer for Klingon Gagh and some blood wine. As the replicated food appeared Koloth took it and sat down at a table closest to the window. Out of the window, the Klingon tactical officer observed a bathing splash of bright white that blinded most of those around him, certainly drawing their collective attention. When the light faded to reveal the starship Koloth had been assigned to, the man had a curious look on his face because of the way the USS Victory arrived. "Aren't all ships supposed to approach a Starbase on impulse engines?" This thought was the one permeating his mind as he saw the ship ferrying itself into a docking stance.
Decided to report into this ship and find out more about her and her strange arrival, he decided to report aboard as soon as possible. Thus, he arose from his table and headed to the docking bays.
