Lieutenant JG Robert Harrier

Robert watched as Serenity quickly departed the medical labs. He was sure that it was her that the officer who had popped into earlier was reffering to about the need to alter her milk constitution. Now was not the time though as he turned his attention back to the two officers that had just arrived. Sickbay was starting to get a little busy now and there was still no sign of the CMO.

'What do we have here?' he asked one of the nurses as he came over to observe the new patients.

'Minor injuries and severe cases of hypothermia,' one the Nurses responded, without really looking at the doctor.

Robert nodded and checked the readings above their beds. The medical crew seemed to be doing their job well enough, carefully bringing their temperatures back up to the normal while ensuring that there was no knock on effects from the hypothermia. Both officers were still lying unconcious, the medics having knocked them out to make their recovery a little easier on them.

'I see no real cause for concern. Let me know once their bio-signs return to normal and they are ready to be woken up again. That is, assuming our CMO hasn't returned before then. Who are these officers anyway?'

The nurse cast him a 'don't you know' kind of stare. 'It's Commander Kennit and Counsellor Torme.'

'Ahhh,' Robert replied. In his time onboard the ship, he had rarely dealt with anyone outside of the medical department. Even then, most of the senior crew had been dealt with by Doctor Frobisher. He really had not yet got to know any of the senior command staff, something that he felt he should do sometime soon. 'Well,' he resigned, 'keep up the good work and let me know of any problems that occur. With Doctor Frobisher missing, I guess I am pretty much in charge at the moment.'

The nurses and other doctors nodded, leaving Robert to continue his over seeing of all the patients currently stuck in sickbay. Briefly, he wondered, how many more crew would be sent his way before this mission was over.
