"Details, Details"

Lieutenant JG Kesar Jerricho
Kesar watched his two children as much as he could. Of
course, he also worried about Sere. She seemed to have
the knack for getting into trouble. Of course, some
said such things about him, and also about Security
Officers in general... and a few Captains, as well.
He was concerned about one other thing. Something he
had heard might have contributed to his sick nature in
his early life. He wondered if it would be best to ask
Sere to do that... or if it would indeed even be
possible.
But he had to ask. Besides, it might be a way to get
Sere back here, if the Captain was suitably bothered
by her prescence on the bridge...
He turned and motioned to one of the doctors, and
spoke softly, "I have heard of something, sir... I am
not sure if it is even feasible... but I need to
ask... I was a sickly kid. Some said that was because
I didn't get certain antibodies... from my mother.
Now, I realize that cupraglobin is different from
hemoglobin, and that Sere having hemoglobin, and our
children cupraglobin, might cause some problems... And
I know that they are a bit... underdeveloped as it is.
But... I wanted to know if it would be possible to let
Sere... feed them?"
